Freedom of Information Act Requests
All requests under the FOIA must be made in writing, detailing the requester’s name, address for correspondence and a description of the information requested. A request will be treated as made in writing if made electronically. Report your child's absence
You can now report your child's absence using Arbor.
To report absence through the Arbor Parent Portal or Parent App, go to the home page.
• To record the absence, click on Quick Actions then click Attendance.
• From here, click the green Log Absence button in the top-right of the page.
• You can input a start and end time for the absence and type in the reason, giving as much detail as possible.
A member of our Attendance Team may contact you to follow up about the absence depending on the nature of the reason.
Alternatively please enter your name and email address below. Enter your child's name, class, reason for absence and when you expect them to return to school in the Message box. You may also use this link to inform the school of any appointments your child may have. However we would ask that you endeavour to make these appointments outside of school hours where possible.
